Registry Data Ownership
The Kids Cancer Centre at Sydney Children’s Hospital and The University of New South Wales are the joint licensee holders for the Australasian Oncofertility Registry on behalf of all parties ( See Intellectual Property V 1.4 dated 14th of October 2014 and Data Access Policy Version 1.4 dated the 14th of October and the Registry Publication Policy version 1.4 dated 14th of October 2014).
The Australasian Oncofertility Registry Data Custodian will provide de-identified data in the following situations:
- Registry data will be published at least once a year.
- Participating centres will have access to their own aggregate patient data once a year.
- Participating Oncofertility centres can apply to have access to data for research projects that have been approved by the Australasian Oncofertility Registry Steering Commitee and local Ethics Committee. The FUTuRE Fertility team should be acknowledged for their scientific contribution to these projects (see Data Publication Policy Version 1.4 dated 14th October 2014).
- There is currently no cost for extracted data but this will be reviewed annually.
